Adoption Policy

These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

We love all of our bunnies and want them to go to the best homes possible! Before adopting a bunny from us, please research proper bunny care so you will be prepared and fully committed to keeping your bunny happy and healthy for their lifespan (8-10+ years). You can read through our bunny care guide for lots of tips and useful information, and I am always happy to help out with any questions you have as well!

To reserve one of our bunnies we ask for a $50 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (usually through paypal) which goes towards the final cost of your bunny. If you are reserving multiple buns, we ask for a $50 deposit for each of them. This is to prevent scammers and those who aren't serious about adopting a bunny, and to help ensure that our babies won't miss out on finding their forever homes! Please be committed to your decision before reserving. If you change your mind about adopting a bunny or decide to adopt a different bunny, your deposit will be considered a donation to our rabbitry. Our bunnies won't leave our care without being fully paid for (usually through cash or paypal at the time of pickup). We generally ask $300 to $400 for each of our baby bunnies, and it is very important to us that they get wonderful, loving forever homes!

If something happens to your bunny in our care, then you will be given the option to choose another bunny or have your deposit refunded.

If you reserve a bunny before his/her go home date, we will generally send updates and pics of your bunny at least once a week until your bun is ready to go home. Please keep in touch! If we message you and don't hear back for more than a week, we will place the bunny back up for adoption and your deposit will be forfeited.

We are a closed rabbitry for the health and safety of our bunnies and our family, so we only meet in public locations. Please plan a pickup time and location with us in advance, and be prepared for pick up day. When you come to pick up your bunny, please bring a comfortable carrier with a bundle of hay for your bun to nibble on the way home and a way to offer water to your bun (especially for longer trips). You can use this carrier later for any vet trips, etc. so it is a good item to have on hand.

Our bunnies won't go to their forever homes until after they are at least 8 weeks old, fully weaned, and thriving. We reserve the right to hold any bunny longer than 8 weeks if we feel that the bunny needs more time before going to their forever home.

We take the best care of our buns possible, and want them to go to homes that love and care for them just as much! Our bunnies are raised indoors in spacious (solid-floor) pens with free-roam time. They get unlimited grass hay, fresh water from both large bowls and bottles (backup), toys and enrichment, as well as lots of daily love and attention. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel (in which case we will refund your deposit) any sale at any time.

Our bunnies are healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time they go home. We offer a 7 day health guarantee. If you take your bunny to a vet within 7 days and for any reason they believe you should return the bunny to us, we will take them back and provide you with a full refund. We will not pay any vet expenses. Once your bunny goes home, we are not held liable for any physical harm, illness, accidents, or genetic issues of any kind. Bunnies can be very sensitive especially with the stress of going to a new home. Please monitor your bunny after you get home and make sure he/she is eating, drinking, and pooping within the first 24 hours. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to me for advice. I want all of our bunnies to be happy, healthy, and thriving in their forever homes!

While we are experienced in telling genders and will usually check several times, we can not 100% guarantee any bunny's gender. We also can't guarantee ear carriage, weight, behavior, fertility, show quality, as these are factors that can change with age, handling, and environment.

Although all of our bunnies are purebred pedigreed Holland Lops, we only offer pedigrees to approved breeders. Our bunnies will go home with a bunny care package including transition pellets, their snuggle teddy, birth certificate, our bunny care guide, and other goodies!!

We offer lifetime support so if you ever have a question please feel free to reach out, we are always happy to help! We truly care about all of our bunnies, if for any reason you can no longer care for your bunny, we will gladly take him/her back without a refund.
